    Great first experience. I needed an emergency appointment and chose Hewett's due to them being close to home and being able to book an appointment online for the same day. I saw Dr Abbas who made me feel at ease straight away, he kept me informed throughout my appointment about everything that he was going to do and also the pricing. The receptionists were lovely and friendly too. I was anxious as I was in quite a bit of pain and wasn't sure what needed to be done, but I didn't need to be, it was generally just a really good experience and much better than I expected. I'll be going back to Hewett's now as my regular dentist.

    I always receive excellent care at Hewett's Dental. From routine checkups through to recent extraction and root canal treatment, my dentist is always cheerful, happy and smiling. He makes sure I am happy with the recomended treatments and is always reassuring if I am worried about the work or have any questions. The lovely reception team always provide a cheery smile on arrival and help with appointments and treatment queries. My Smilecare membership has really been useful and helps me spread the cost of checkups and treatment. I've been a happy patient at the practice for over 30 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I’m a very nervous patient, it took me a long time to pluck up the courage and go. When I found out my dentist was leaving, I really didn’t want to go. The lovely receptionist asked me to give the new guy a chance, said he was lovely. The day before my appointment I was coming up with all sorts of reasons not to go. Anyway I got there, he was lovely. Sat and talked to me, then explained everything. I’ll definitely be going again, thank you Dr Colin McGrath ☺️

    Avoid them at all costs. They see customers as cash cows and like to add on additional services and overcharge. X-rays at silly prices, to name but one. Would honestly give zero stars if I could.

    The dentist and nurses here are the best. I’ve been coming here since I was little and I think they are great.
