    Took my Daughter to have a tooth extracted, the whole experience was first class from start to finish. All staff made her feel welcome and relaxed at all times everything was explained to her which helped as she was very anxious. Cannot thank everyone enough

    I booked an emergency appointment at Hewett's Dental and was seen the same day by Dr Ahmer Imtiaz. My issue was resolved and I was extremely satisfied with the service - as a nervous patient I felt genuinely welcomed and reassured. Advice for future treatment was presented to me clearly with no pressure, options were explained and given room for me to decide - it's clear to me that Dr Ahmer Imitaz cares about his patients and I'll happily be booking here moving forward. Highly recommended!

    Really impressed with the staff at Hewett Dental Practice, they go above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable and accommodate appointments to suit needs promptly. Within the time frame of a week, my retainers were ordered and a crown was measured and fitted. I can’t thank them enough. This is defo a great place to visit and I highly recommend it.

    My children have been going to Sabrina for years since they were very young and they really enjoy attending their appointments each time. Sabrina is very friendly and warm, she puts the children at ease and is very nurturing. Sabrina is a fab dentist and has really taken time to get to know my children over the years to establish a great relationship with them. It’s great that throughout my children’s childhood they have been lucky enough to have a consistent named dentist which is rare nowadays

    Just had the worst experience possible - I don’t like leaving such reviews as the treatment is of quality but part of this review is valuing your customers who have paid thousands of pounds in treatment over the last 10 years at least. Booked in for £900 treatment first week of July and am expected to pay 50% upfront £450 (never heard of a deposit of 50%), never been asked before - 4 weeks before the actual appointment. Shocked about the attitude and the lack of understanding and I’ve not even had the treatment yet! You really need to look at your policy if that’s your excuse of demanding money; had nearly three calls made for the demand and was so very disappointed with this. I do intend to pay following the treatment and don’t plan to abscond following the treatment but just made me feel I wasn’t trusted as a patient. So very embarrassing.
