    I’ve spent thousands at this dental practice, hoping for quality care, but I’ve been left deeply disappointed. Despite my loyalty and investment, they made me feel completely invaluable—as if I were just another source of income rather than a valued patient. The focus seems to be entirely on making money, with treatments that feel unnecessary and added on the fly. There’s little to no transparency, and patient care feels like an afterthought. I expected professionalism and compassion, but unfortunately, I found neither. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental team.

    Booked a same day emergency appointment and was treated so well. I'm a very nervous patient and my dentist took the time to sit with me until I was ready, explain everything, answer my questions and reassure me through the whole process and I left with no pain which was amazing. Can't recommend them enough, professional, kind & caring which is exactly what you need when scared and in pain

    Joined as a new patient and in my first appointment I was made to feel at ease by Deksha and had everything explained to me . Came back a couple of weeks later for treatment for a broken tooth , had two appointments in one day to sort it all and even had time to fix another issue which means I don’t have to come back again . All the staff I’ve dealt with are lovely, and the surgery feels welcoming and not too clinical . If you are a bit nervous about visiting the dentist I recommend .

    Asked what the price of a check up would be at the time of booking, prior to attending and after a reminder by the dentist themselves, was given the incorrect info and told I was given the new customer check up price. The price turned out to be much more. No apology. Quick appointment but frosty approach by reception and dentist. Not friendly, dentist seemed too busy for pleasantries and felt like I was on a conveyor belt, in -out. Re-thinking my choice of dentist at the moment.

    Managed a same day appointment where my dental problem was thoroughly examined and tooth extracted during the appointment. Fantastic staff and my dentist Faiz Khan ran me through the full process and was super reassuring. Great experience all round.
