    My children have been going to Sabrina for years since they were very young and they really enjoy attending their appointments each time. Sabrina is very friendly and warm, she puts the children at ease and is very nurturing. Sabrina is a fab dentist and has really taken time to get to know my children over the years to establish a great relationship with them. It’s great that throughout my children’s childhood they have been lucky enough to have a consistent named dentist which is rare nowadays

    I needed an emergency appointment for 2 teeth removing, one was hardly there so just over one tooth. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, the dental nurse didn't even introduce herself and I was in pain and very nervous. The dentist was really nice he explained everything in detail and removed my teeth. I was charged almost £450 for this service. I feel that I have been overcharged as since then I have priced the same treatment up at other private dentists and the amount is nowhere what I paid. I feel let down by a dentist that used to be a NHS dentist.

    I had an excellent experience with Liz my dental hygienist! The service was highly professional, and I really appreciated that there was no waiting time, I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment. They were incredibly careful throughout the cleaning process, ensuring I felt comfortable at all times. I received personal advice for maintaining my dental hygiene at home. Liz explained everything clearly and provided practical tips that I can easily incorporate into my routine. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for thorough, professional care with a friendly and attentive approach.

    Just had the worst experience possible - I don’t like leaving such reviews as the treatment is of quality but part of this review is valuing your customers who have paid thousands of pounds in treatment over the last 10 years at least. Booked in for £900 treatment first week of July and am expected to pay 50% upfront £450 (never heard of a deposit of 50%), never been asked before - 4 weeks before the actual appointment. Shocked about the attitude and the lack of understanding and I’ve not even had the treatment yet! You really need to look at your policy if that’s your excuse of demanding money; had nearly three calls made for the demand and was so very disappointed with this. I do intend to pay following the treatment and don’t plan to abscond following the treatment but just made me feel I wasn’t trusted as a patient. So very embarrassing.

    I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. I have had numerous treatments with Sam and I can say in all my years of dreading dental appointments these have been a pleasure 🙏. I still get nervous but im put at ease straight away. I am extremely happy with all my treatments so far. I would highly recommend especially to anyone who is as nervous as myself. Thank you all.
