    Visited FSC today for a consultation for cosmetic bonding with Adam A. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. There was no unnecessary waiting - my appointment started exactly on time. Adam was extremely professional from the outset. There was no pushy sales approach, just an honest and considered opinion. He carried out a thorough assessment of my teeth, bite and wear, took detailed images, and then took the time to clearly explain all available options. He answered all of my questions and provided a transparent quote. Given the complexity of my case, Adam has chosen to consult with the lab and colleagues to ensure the most appropriate treatment plan, which I found very reassuring. If everything aligns, he will have my business. This experience was in stark contrast to a recent visit to Yorkshire Dental Suite (Leeds), where I felt the approach was far more sales-driven and influencer-led.

    Amazing! Thanks to Adam, I can't stop smiling, and it's not just because England are through! At 54, I'd accepted that nothing could be done to improve my crooked, chipped teeth after a misspent youth. How wrong I was!
