I have been using this practice for probably over 30 years. My wife and I have had great care and service. However and sorry to say there is always a however. The practice fails to deliver reminders of 6/ 12 month check ups. I have previously phoned to request a check up on numerous occasions. So no phone call for a reminder. After the last few years of having to chase them up. I have given up. I have moved practice. Shame really after 30 years. It’s always lest costly to keep existing customers than to spend marketing money to create new ones. Hey and I’ve literally spent thousands over the years. So I moved on.

Really lovely dentist. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and kind. The whole environment of the dentist was chilled and settled a nervous patient about to have a wisdom tooth pulled!! 😬

I went for the first time to the Fresh Smile Clinic with my partner. I'm a comfortable person when it comes to dental appointments, whereas my partner not as much. The clinic was really nice and with comfortable atmosphere inside. The dentist who assisted us was super friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. We were both very pleased overall and we'll surely be back again soon for our next dental appointment. I'd absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone.

I've been a patient at this practice for over 25 years and have always been happy with the care I received. However, I recently had to cancel my dental plan due to significant price increases. Over the past two years, the cost has risen by nearly 60% (a 35% increase in 2023/24 and a further 16.67% increase for 2024/25). It's very disappointing to leave after so long, but these price hikes have made it necessary. It seems the recent change in ownership has unfortunately impacted affordability.

When I first joined I was a little wary it might be expensive however the treatment I’ve received works out a lot less than the NHS. Dentist I used where I needed a filling or treatment every time I visited… ever time ! The team are lovely , Iftikhar is so reassuring and such a nice man , everyone from checking in to leaving couldn’t be nicer . Thoroughly recommend
