Brighouse Pool
Calderdale council has now released plans for the new Brighouse swimming pool.
The new facility will have a teaching pool and a 25m main pool. The council
conducted surveys and held focus groups to consult with the public about the
new pool.
As a result of the sconsultation the new facility will have;
- Lane swimming
- Learning to Swim
- Vending facilities and seating
- Family changing facilities
- Fitness suite - more than 60 stations and a large studio
- Free car parking for 58 cars with covered cycle parking
- Inflatables for fun swimming
